New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo spoke about the power outage that caused a blackout to a large part of New York City on Saturday, saying it could’ve been “much worse” and commended New Yorkers for how they handled the situation, but stressed a blackout can’t happen again as it’s “too dangerous.”
