Ability to conduct search and rescue will diminish as Barry continues: U.S. Coast Guard

Although the U.S. Coast Guard was able to conduct search and rescue missions to save lives, Rear Admiral Paul Thomas said on July 13 that as Tropical Storm Barry progresses, the ability to do so will diminish.
