Flooding in India’s Assam kill at least 10 and displace more than a million

Heavy monsoon rains in India’s northeast Assam state have displaced more than a million people from their homes and flash floods have killed at least 10 in the past 72 hours, state authorities said on July 13, warning the situation could worsen in coming days.
