Disappointment for many flood victims in Grand Forks. The provincial and federal governments recently announced 50 million dollars for flood mitigation work — and to buy out dozens of properties that are at a high risk of flooding again. But now the residents have learned the government plans to pay them the value of their homes, after the flood. Jules Knox reports.
