Workers trapped in Saskatchewan potash mine ‘safe and comfortable underground’

Nutrien said 34 maintenance workers have been trapped underground at its Cory potash mine southwest of Saskatoon since July 2. A company spokesperson said the workers are “safe and comfortable underground” and have been on stand-down since Tuesday afternoon.
