Heavy congestion on Don Valley Parkway expected starting Tuesday

Motorists returning to work following the holiday weekend are being warned by the city to plan ahead to cope with increased traffic on the Don Valley Parkway. Construction on four bridges is expected to cause lane restrictions until October. Matthew Bingley reports.
