N.S. launches new program to roll back red tape for businesses

The Nova Scotia government is launching a new pilot program that will help guide local entrepreneurs through the business inspection process. As Elizabeth McSheffrey reports, Premier Stephen McNeil hopes the measure will save provincial businesses an extra $10 million in regulatory red tape by the end of 2020.
