Russia has re-nagged on its international agreements, says U.S. Defense Secretary

Russia has re-nagged on its international agreements due to the breaking of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, said U.S. Secretary of Defense Mark Esper on June 27. He also said the U.S. has “held up its end of the deal.”
