Cuba Gooding Jr. makes court appearance over sexual assault charge

Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. was in a New York courtroom Wednesday as his lawyers sought to dismiss a charge that he groped a woman’s breast in a Manhattan bar. Gooding’s legal team says the misdemeanor “forcible touching” count should be tossed. If convicted, he could be jailed for up to a year.
