Chief of Law Enforcement Operations at the U.S. Border Patrol Brian Hastings said on June 26 that the country’s border patrol has rescued over 3,400 migrants in distress and saved nearly 2,500 people crammed in tractor trailers by the U.S.-Mexico border.
