Several prominent musicians have filed a class-action lawsuit against the world’s largest record company, Universal Music Group, for downplaying the damage of a 2008 fire at its studios. As Eric Sorensen reports, experts call it music industry’s biggest disaster, as irreplaceable originals were among hundreds of thousands of master recordings destroyed.
