U.S. border facilities weren’t designed for children: former ICE acting director

Former acting director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, John Sandweg, said that immigration detention facilities at the American border weren’t designed for for long-term use or for children, yet they are currently being utilized in this way.
