A group of Nova Scotia rowers tried their hand at coastal rowing for the first time at an introductory regatta in Lunenberg this weekend. They had some professional coaching from elite rower Guylaine Bernier, and as Elizabeth McSheffrey reports, gave the new sport two thumbs up.
