Man sues two Montreal police officers for use of excessive force

A LaSalle man who was allegedly beaten and humiliated at the hands of Montreal police is suing the officers and the City of Montreal for $85,000 in damages. As Global’s Brayden Jagger Haines explains, the officers face no criminal charges but could have to face the police ethics commission.
