We know we might sound like a broken record lately – but water levels in Lake Ontario and other area waterways remain higher than they’ve been in a couple of years. Now, it’s prompted municipal officials and the OPP in Napanee to issue a warning to boaters as summertime approaches. Paul Soucy has more.
