State Department representative cites ‘tactical violations’ of Iran Nuclear Deal

The U.S. State Department special representative for Iran, Brian Hook, testified to a House subcommittee on Wednesday that it has noted “tactical violations” of the Iran nuclear deal, but that there had not been a “material breach” by Iran.
