A Quebec coroner has ruled that the death of the mother of former Bloc Québécois leader Gilles Duceppe could have been avoided. As Brayden Jagger Haines, the report comes six months after Hélène Rowley Hotte Duceppe was found dead outside her east-end nursing home.
