Controversial winery hotel back before Penticton council

The use of agricultural land is pitting neighbour against neighbour in Penticton. The Poplar Grove Winery wants to build a luxury hotel on a neighbouring 1.3 acre property. After concerns were raised about the use of ALR land, a revised plan is being put forward to city council Tuesday night. Shelby Thom reports.
