Self-described white supremacist Philip Arps from New Zealand was jailed for 21 months on Tuesday on charges of distributing the livestreamed video of the Christchurch shootings. Arps was also charged and fined in 2016 after he delivered a bloodied pig’s head to Al Noor mosque, one of the mosques targeted in March’s mass shooting.
