Hamilton woman wants answers over unfinished backyard pool

A Hamilton woman hired a contractor to build a pool in her backyard last summer. Tens of thousands of dollars later, her pool still isn’t finished and it’s already begun to crack. As Sean O’Shea reports, the contractor says it’s not his fault.
