Teen ‘sexual cult’ in Ontario foster home known to Children’s Aid Society, victim says

Bill Sweet, former Prince Edward County Children’s Aid executive director, is facing charges of negligence and failure to provide the necessities of life. A foster child who was sexually assaulted in Prince Edward County says the Children’s Aid Society Sweet he ran ignored warning signs of her abuse.
