The Advisory Council on the Implementation of National Pharmacare recommended a national model for pharmacare that would flatten the curve of expenditure from rapidly rising drug costs in Canada, saying inaction right now will result with Canadians unable to purchase and provinces unable to provide prescriptions to individual medication.
