Liberal MP’s firm completed controversial “bare trust” land deal for alleged “drug boss”

In 2011, the law firm of Richmond, B.C., Liberal MP Joe Peschisolido made a bare trust joint venture deal for a company directed by Kwok Chung Tam, an alleged member of the Big Circle Boys. The secretive deal allowed Tam to hide his stake in a $7.75 million land purchase.
