Customers forced to wait months for refunds after travel company cancels trips

Moose Travel East promised uniquely Canadian travel adventures, but that promise never happened for some. After cancelling its trips, the company told customers to expect a refund. As Sean O’Shea reports, customers waited months for a refund that never came until Global News stepped in.
