Judith Light is being honoured for her support of the LGBTQ+ community and fight to end HIV/AIDS. She will receive the Tony Awards’ 2019 Isabelle Stevenson Award, which pays tribute to a member of the theatre community who has made a substantial contribution of volunteered time and effort on behalf of one or more humanitarian, social service, or charitable organizations.
