The Doctor accused of administering deadly doses of fentanyl to his patients was arraigned in a Columbus, Ohio courtroom Wednesday. Dr. William Husel pleaded not guilty to all charges and is being held on a $20 thousand dollar recognizance bond, a $1 million dollar appearance bond and is required to surrender his passport.
