No injuries after rollover on Highway 115 in Peterborough

One woman was able to walk away from a single-vehicle rollover on Highway 115 in Peterborough on Wednesday morning.

Around 8:30 a.m., Peterborough County OPP, Peterborough firefighters and paramedics responded to the southbound/westbound lanes of Highway 115 just past Bensfort Road.

OPP on scene said the woman was the only person in the car which rolled down an embankment before landing on its roof.

The woman was helped out of the vehicle by bystanders who stopped to help, she was checked out by paramedics but was not taken to hospital.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
