D-Day 75: Justin Trudeau reads letter from Canadian soldier who fought at Dieppe

Speaking at a D-Day commemorative event in Portsmouth, UK on Wednesday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau read a letter and recounted the story of Lt. Col. Cecil Merritt, the first Canadian awarded the Victoria Cross in WWII.
