Virginia governor demands action on guns after shooting

Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam called on lawmakers across party lines to take stronger action against guns after a shooting in Virginia Beach left 12 people dead and several injured, saying he wants “votes and laws not thoughts and prayers.”
