Emergency services in Peterborough held a press conference to discuss 13 opioid-related overdoses and two deaths in a span of 72 hours.
Speakers included Randy Mellow of Peterborough Paramedics, Dr. Rosana Silvaterra of Peterborough Public Health and Deputy Chief TIm Farquharson of Peterborough Police Service.
