U.S. President Donald Trump and the First Lady arrived in Britain on Monday and were greeted by Prince Charles and Camilla on the lawn of Buckingham palace, who walked them up the steps to shake hands with Queen Elizabeth II to kick off a largely ceremonial visit meant to strengthen ties between the two nations.
