Motorist Joshua Bastian was driving on a bridge near Ottawa, Ont. Sunday when he spotted a funnel cloud that appeared to be coming towards him. Environment Canada has put areas of eastern Ontario and Quebec under tornado warnings and telling residents to take cover.
