NBA commissioner says league ‘not in expansion mode’ to questions about 2nd Canadian team

Speaking at a press conference ahead of Game 1 between the Toronto Raptors and Golden State Warriors, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver said Thursday that expansion, whether in Canada or elsewhere, is “not on the agenda.”
