Canadian driving habits far from green

The federal government is promising to move quickly after Alberta’s new premier Jason Kenney fulfilled his biggest campaign promise — scrapping the province’s carbon tax. For now, it means Alberta drivers no longer have to pay that tax at the pumps. As Heather Yourex-West explains, Canadian driving habits are anything but green, and experts predict that our behavior won’t change without significant tax hikes at the pumps.
