The Philippines loaded shipping containers believed to contain mislabeled Canadian waste onto a ship bound for Vancouver on Thursday. Reuters television witnessed dozens of containers being loaded onto a ship chartered to ferry Canadian waste from Subic Bay, north of the capital Manila.
