Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and U.S. Vice-President Mike Pence spoke in Ottawa on Wednesday ahead of their meeting on ratifying the new USMCA trade deal and discussing the two countries’ dispute with China. Pence spoke about the two countries’ strong bond, the crisis in Venezuela, and ended with a nod to the Raptors making the NBA finals.
