Okanagan man calls for changes after family of owls electrocuted

An Okanagan man is wondering what is taking so long for FortisBC to update its infrastructure after witnessing a family of owls being electrocuted. The incident happened last month in Oliver where the man says he was shocked to learn that live powerlines are still an everyday hazard to wildlife. Kelly Hayes reports.
