Canada produces more garbage per capita than any other country, and some of what was supposed to be recycling becomes trash that gets shipped to developing countries. It’s already the source of a heated diplomatic dispute with the Philippines, and as Mike Drolet reports, Malaysia is also demanding we take back our trash.
