A 31-year-old suspect appeared in court Tuesday morning after being charged with leaving the scene of an accident causing bodily harm, driving a motor vehicle with an improper license and operating a motorcycle without insurance. A four-year-old boy is still in hospital fighting for his life. Kamil Karamali has more.
