Veteran calls for better mental health education, training

A fatality inquiry is underway in Nova Scotia into a triple murder-suicide involving former Canadian soldier Lionel Desmond. Plenty of attention is focused on Desmond’s post-traumatic stress disorder. As Ross Lord reports, one of Desmond’s comrades says attention to PTSD – before and after deployments – is still lacking.
