First Woman appointed Hon. Lieutenant Colonel for The Halifax Rifles

We sit down with Corinne MacLellen, recently appointed as the Honorary Lieutenant Colonel for The Halifax Rifles. MacLellan is the first woman to hold the position and completed her honorary orientation at Gagetown earlier this month.
