NL elects the first minority government in decades

The people of Newfoundland and Labrador have shaken up how the province is run. Voters elected the first minority government in nearly 50-years. As Ross Lord reports, Liberal Premier Dwight Ball is now forced to work with three NDP members, and two Independents.
