CUPE 416 unit executive Mike Merriman, who represents Toronto’s EMS workers and is a paramedic himself, as well as councillors Joe Cressy and Jim Karygiannis, slammed Premier Doug Ford on Friday for recently announced cuts to healthcare saying it would make it even more difficult for paramedics to do their jobs.
