Trudeau heads to Paris to talk about digital responsibility

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is heading to Paris where he will focus on digital responsibility. As Mike Le Couteur reports, Trudeau will join world leaders hoping to pressure social media companies to eliminate terrorist and violent content online.
