Trump targets Venezuela and Iran over using oil as ‘weapon of coercion’

U.S. President Donald Trump targeted Venezuela and Iran over using oil as, what he calls, a “weapon of coercion,” and said by increasing the country’s own oil production has taken away that as an export for the two countries.
