Homicide Bureau inspector Ty Truong provided an update on the shooting death of an 18-year-old student at a prom after-party in Whitchurch-Stouffville, explaining the separate murder charges being faced by the three male suspects in the homicide case, including the suspect who had a Canada-wide search warrant issued for his arrest and turned himself in on Wednesday night.
