A heavy police presence near Highway 115 late Wednesday afternoon.
Police convened on Guthrie Drive near the Bensfort road off-ramp to Highway 115 around 4 p.m.
At least six city police cruisers were there, and a car was pulled over on the shoulder.
Police have not provided any details. It’s believed at least one person was taken into custody.
