Juan Guaido says Venezuela intelligence agents have detained his deputy

A crowd gathered outside the Democratic Action Party office on Wednesday, where vehicles belonging to the SEBIN intelligence agency were parked on the day the country’s opposition leader and self-proclaimed interim leader said intelligence agents had detained his deputy.
