Stubborn smoke from York Memorial Collegiate Institute fire displaces businesses and residents

Thick smoke from a six-alarm fire at York Memorial C.I. affected many area residents and businesses. Fire Chief Matthew Pegg admitted the variable winds made it too difficult to order other areas out. Matthew Bingley explains.
