China still planning for trade talks after Trump cranks up pressure

After a day of uncertainty over China-U.S. trade talks after U.S. President Donald Trump said he would raise tariffs on $200 billion worth of Chinese goods, Beijing said on Monday it was still planning to send a trade delegation to Washington this week.
